Communication Arts Advertising Annual 49 Review
I did this last year and it was interesting to see if my classmates agreed or disagreed (Jake… if you’re reading this…).
Here are my Top 10 Picks:
1. HBO — BBDO New York “HBO Voyeur” Page 68-69
2. Canadian Club — Energy BBDO “Your Dad Had Groupies,” “Your Dad Never Tweezed Anything”… Page 9, 14, 92-93
3. Cheerios — Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Page 100-101
4. 7-Eleven — TracyLocke FreshWorks “Simpsons Kwik-E-Mart” Page 59
5. British Columbia Lung Association — TBWA Vancouver, Page 112
6. Greenville Literacy Association — bounce (Greenville, SC) Page 86-87
7. The Huffington Post — Goodby, Silverstein & Partners (SF, CA) Page 99
8. Evergreen Travel — Leo Burnett Hong Kong, Page 22-23
9. Kimberly-Clark (M) Sdn Bhd — JWT Kuala Lumpur, Page 44
10. Rust-Oleum — Periscope (Minneapolis, MN) Page 89
There were some that I wondered about. Noticed that there were a lot of visual puns, trickery, stuff you’d see in Archive Magazine (page 114-115). Way too much Burger King.
